Custom Bar Runners

Our Bar Mat felt is specifically designed to soak-up spills and yet still offer stunning full-colour graphics. This type of Australian-made Bar Mat felt is unique throughout the world, as it is made up of an absorbent wafer felt, with a super smooth felt laminate surface.

During the manufacturing process, we press this felt into the rubber backing with an Australian purpose-built heat press, using a massive 3200psi pressure. This bonds both materials together to make the most absorbent Bar Runner on the market.

We require industry standard formats for all uploaded files. We keep quality in mind when we print every job.
Please provide separate pdf files for different designs.

Blacks Uncoated CMYK:
There are 2 x different ways you can print CMYK black.

1. c:0 m:0 y:0 k:0
2. c:60 m:60 y:60 k:60 (recommended for rich black finish)

Fonts:
All text in black should be set to overprint.

Images and Logos:

• Images used must be 300dpi
• Links need to be embedded - not missing
• CMYK colours only present.
• If designing a spot colour job, vector files are preferred to allow for trapping.
• Logo’s need to be good quality jpegs or vector files.

Once we receive your art file we flight check the file for any production or design issues. We than impose your artwork inside our die cut line and email you a pdf imposition proof for approval. We do not supply printed proofs or printed samples due to production setup.

Artwork Checklist:

• File has 15mm bleed
• All fonts converted to outlines.
• Black fonts converted to overprint.
• All links embedded.
• Hires 300dpi images have been used
• No crop marks
• No die lines
• No RGB or spot colours for CMYK printing.
• Font size no smaller than 7pt.
• Reverse white text bolded
• Thin lines recommended to be bolded.
• Blacks: c:60 m:60 y:60 k:100
• Uncoated colour selection checked

Shipping & Delivery Times:
Turnaround at present is approximately 15 business days plus freight time.

Ship to Multiple Addresses:
To set up multiple shipping addresses, simply tick the "Ship to multiple addresses" checkbox on the cart page. You will then be able to set addresses for each product.

For the smoothest experience, follow these steps:
1. On the product page, select the quantity from the dropdown menu that you'd like to send to your first address, then add it to your cart.
2. Repeat this process for each additional address you'd like to send to.
3. On the cart page, tick 'Ship to multiple addresses'.
4. You will now be able to enter addresses for each of your products or product quantities.
5. Once your addresses are set, continue to checkout where shipping and taxes will be calculated.
